Born in San Antonio, Jason attended John Marshall High School before playing collegiately at Wichita State University. He went on to spend several years playing professionally in Europe, including stints in Belgium and Germany.

Jason brings years of experience as a coach and a passion for developing talent. His leadership, both strategically and inspirationally, fuels the Clutch’s on-court success and commitment to community growth.

Devin Brown serves as the General Manager for the San Antonio Clutch basketball team, combining a passion for innovation with a deep understanding of sports dynamics.

With a background in IT operations and a collegiate athlete, Devin brings a unique perspective to the organization, seamlessly blending athletic discipline with strategic leadership.

His firsthand experience as a competitive athlete fosters a strong connection to the team's commitment to excellence, while their expertise in IT ensures cutting-edge solutions to support operational success both on and off the court. Beyond the office, Devin is a proud graduate of Leadership San Antonio (LSA 47) and is deeply involved in the San Antonio community, championing initiatives to better the lives of its citizens.

Aldon is a skilled mentor with a focus on player development and game-day strategy. His guidance ensures the Clutch players perform at their best, game after game.
